About the role

We are looking for experienced secondary school teachers to join our supply teaching pool in Redhill. You will work across a range of schools, delivering engaging lessons in any subject you specialise in, without the burden of planning or marking.

Key responsibilities

Deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons to secondary students on assigned days.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Follow each school's policies and procedures.
Provide feedback to students during lessons.
Adapt teaching style to suit diverse school settings.

Required profile

Proven classroom experience in secondary education (any subject).
Strong subject knowledge and ability to engage learners.
Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
Professional, reliable and proactive attitude.
