Support Worker – Help Young Adults in Elgin

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Elgin, helping a group of young adults (aged 24‑26) settle into their new bungalows and build independent lives. You will work across day, evening and night shifts, providing one‑to‑one or two‑to‑one support in a friendly, community‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and 2:1 support across day, evening and night shifts.
• Encourage independence, new experiences and community participation.
• Assist residents in developing life‑skills and confidence.
• Be a reliable, friendly presence in the daily lives of the young adults.

Required profile

• Bubbly, patient and curious personality.
• Willingness to learn and complete tailored training.
• Genuine passion for helping others thrive.
