Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead a comprehensive review of recruitment, onboarding and retention processes for a complex, safeguarding‑led organisation. This project‑based role will focus on improving time‑to‑hire while maintaining rigorous safeguarding standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a full audit of end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from attraction through onboarding.
• Analyse recruitment data to identify efficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Strengthen the employer brand and develop more effective attraction strategies.
• Evaluate the use of recruitment channels, campaigns and agencies.
• Engage with HR, leadership and operational stakeholders to gather insights and requirements.
• Deliver a clear 90‑day action plan with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment strategy and employer branding.
• Background working in complex or regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with senior‑level influence.
• Ability to translate insights into practical, implementable solutions.
