About the role

The Talent Acquisition Recruitment Coordinator will support the Front Office recruiting team at RBC Capital Markets, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end hiring process for a range of roles. This six‑month fixed‑term position works primarily on‑site with limited remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Front Office recruiters, delivering a high‑quality recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage interview scheduling, offer letter generation, and maintain the Talent Acquisition inbox.
• Track and analyse recruitment data, recommending process improvements where needed.
• Serve as an ambassador for Capital Markets Front Office both internally and externally.
• Provide coverage and administrative support to other recruitment coordinators as required.

Required profile

• Demonstrable recruitment experience (agency or in‑house).
• Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with hiring managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with influencing capability.
• Adaptability in a fast‑paced, evolving hiring environment.
