About the role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the in‑house recruitment team of a leading global organisation based in London. You will partner with hiring managers across the UK to attract and hire top‑tier technology, data, AI and engineering professionals, delivering a seamless end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple UK vacancies, from requisition to offer.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source high‑quality candidates through LinkedIn, networking and direct search.
- Screen, interview and assess candidates, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews, ensure a smooth candidate experience and keep ATS records up to date.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and monitor supplier performance.
- Support onboarding and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Required profile
- 3‑6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy.
- Proven track record recruiting technology, data, AI and engineering roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment reporting and agency partners.
- Organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
