About the role

Papaya Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to shape and scale its global recruitment function. You will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on hiring for senior and critical roles, driving innovative sourcing and technology adoption across more than 160 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a global recruitment team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a wide range of functions and seniority levels, ensuring consistency and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Personally manage hiring for senior leadership and other strategic business‑critical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring strategies and talent acquisition plans.
• Build, implement, and continuously improve scalable global recruitment methodologies and best practices.
• Own and optimize the recruitment tech stack and ATS workflows for efficiency, visibility, and quality.
• Leverage AI tools, automation, and advanced sourcing technologies to accelerate recruitment.
• Develop creative sourcing and market‑mapping strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Use data, analytics, and KPIs to identify trends, improve funnel performance, and support data‑driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational excellence, recruiter productivity, and hiring effectiveness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading and developing recruitment teams.
• Hands‑on experience managing full‑cycle recruitment across diverse functions and seniority levels, including leadership hiring.
• Proven track record building and scaling recruitment processes, methodologies, and operational best practices.
• Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and talent market mapping.
