Tax Director / Partner for OMB Clients

About the role

We are seeking a senior tax professional to join our client’s practice as a Director or Partner, focusing on delivering mixed tax services to OMB clients across the South of England. The role offers a fast‑track path to partnership for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Advise OMB clients on a broad range of UK tax matters, ensuring compliance and strategic optimisation.
• Deliver mixed tax services, integrating personal, corporate, VAT and employment tax advice.
• Identify tax issues and opportunities, escalating to specialist teams when deeper expertise is required.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the tax practice.

Required profile

• Extensive UK tax experience, with a proven track record in advisory roles.
• Strong commercial awareness and the drive to become a key member of the tax team.
• Ability to work across multiple tax disciplines while having a preferred area of expertise.
