Tax Manager

About the role

Netcraft, a global leader in cyber‑crime detection, is looking for a Tax Manager to own and scale its tax function as the company expands worldwide. This hands‑on role combines tax compliance, treasury management, and strategic finance partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file global income tax returns and manage indirect tax obligations (sales tax, VAT, GST, withholding tax).
• Own quarterly and annual tax provision and reporting processes.
• Partner with external advisors on tax planning, compliance initiatives, and monitor global tax regulation changes.
• Support international expansion, including entity setup, transfer pricing, and audit readiness.
• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity, banking relationships, and capital‑planning activities.
• Monitor financial risks such as FX exposure and implement treasury process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership on financial planning and strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience across tax and accounting, with prior public accounting background.
• Strong knowledge of US and UK tax regimes; CPA (US) or ACCA (UK) preferred.
• Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with indirect tax and transfer pricing.
