About the role
We are recruiting qualified teachers to join a leading UK educational institution across multiple sites. The role involves delivering the national curriculum, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and supporting student progress.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom that supports the development of all pupils.
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress using formative and summative methods.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse abilities and learning styles.
- Manage classroom behaviour while promoting respect, safety and high expectations.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN specialists and other staff to meet individual student needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about progress, attendance and behaviour.
- Participate in school meetings, training, extracurricular activities and ongoing professional development.
- Maintain accurate records, lesson plans and required documentation in line with regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching certification (e.g., PGCE + QTS, SCITT, Teach First).
- Previous experience teaching in a UK school.
- Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum and effective classroom management strategies.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to safeguarding, child protection and the welfare of young people.
