About the role
We are seeking flexible and dependable Teaching Assistants to provide daily supply cover across primary schools in Haringey. The role involves supporting classroom learning from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through Key Stages 1 and 2, offering a varied experience in a dynamic school environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support classroom learning and assist teachers with lesson delivery.
- Work with groups and individual pupils, including those with SEND needs.
- Encourage positive behaviour and help maintain a safe, inclusive atmosphere.
- Adapt quickly to new school settings and curricula.
- Provide short‑term cover until the end of the academic year.
Required profile
- Flexible, reliable and able to start on short notice.
- Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.
- Experience or interest in supporting EYFS, KS1 and KS2 pupils.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
