Teaching Assistant – Term‑time role in London

About the role
Catch 22 is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to join its London team on a term‑time basis. You will work closely with teachers to support a high‑quality curriculum and help learners achieve their educational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist individual students and small groups, keeping them on task and completing activities.
- Support teachers in implementing lesson plans, aims and content.
- Address behavioural and special‑needs issues in partnership with the teacher.
- Provide constructive feedback to students independently of the teacher.
- Lead defined activities with small groups of learners.
Required profile
- Minimum Level 2 proficiency in English and Maths.
- Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS and child protection screening.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

What we offer
- Permanent, full‑time term‑time contract (37 hours/week, 41 weeks per year).
- Salary range £25,534 – £27,990 per year (pro‑rata for part of the year).
