About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Team Assistant to join a professional services consultancy in Mayfair on a temporary, ongoing basis. The role is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day remote, working 9:00 am‑5:30 pm at a rate of £17.50 per hour.

Key responsibilities

  • Create, format and refine PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proofread documents with exceptional accuracy.
  • Support Executive Assistants with document preparation.
  • Ensure all materials meet high corporate standards.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Required profile

  • Strong secretarial experience.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills – a true PowerPoint whizz.
  • Keen eye for detail and enjoyment of proofreading.
  • Highly proactive, organised and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Background in legal or property secretarial roles is advantageous.
