Team Leader - Cornerstone Pub, Monument (Hereford)

About the role

A permanent, full-time Team Leader position at a Cornerstone pub in Monument, Hereford. The role is about leading by example so that shifts run smoothly, maintaining high standards and keeping customers happy. Pay is up to £13.50 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example and make sure the team has everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the team maintains high standards and that customers are kept happy.
• Depute for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
• Keep the bar safe, legal and clean, and deal with any issues quickly and safely.

Required profile

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Role model to the team on giving great service and a warm welcome to every customer.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• Positive can-do attitude and a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
