About the role

As a Team Leader at Flaming Grill you’ll lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers leave happy. You’ll support the team, maintain high standards and step in for management when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team by example and ensure they have everything needed for a smooth shift.
• Maintain high service standards and keep customers satisfied.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy periods.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal and clean, addressing any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit.
• Be able to deputise for management and resolve issues quickly.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts.
• Maintain a safe, legal and clean bar environment.
