Team Leader - Pub, Belgravia

About the role

Greene King is hiring a Team Leader for its pub in Paxtons Head, Belgravia. You will lead by example, make sure the team has what it needs so shifts run smoothly, keep standards high and keep customers happy. The role is full time, permanent and paid up to £13.75 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example and ensure the team has everything needed so the shift runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the team maintains high standards and keeps customers happy.
• Depute for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts.
• Keep the bar safe, legal and clean and deal with issues quickly and safely.
• Deliver a heartfelt and memorable experience for every customer.

Required profile

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Role model for the team, giving great service and welcoming every customer warmly.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• Positive, can-do attitude and a strong team spirit.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
