Team Leader – Pub & Restaurant

About the role

As a Team Leader you will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers receive a memorable experience. You will support the team, maintain high standards and keep the venue safe, legal and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team during busy shifts, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise.
• Organise and coordinate staff, making sure the bar is safe, legal and clean.
• Maintain high service standards and keep customers happy.
• Provide a heartfelt and memorable experience for every guest.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
• Role model for great service and warm customer welcome.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to busy shift challenges.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
