About the role

Join Tortilla’s vibrant team at the Arndale Centre in Manchester as a Team Member. You will work in a fast‑paced, fresh‑food kitchen, preparing and serving high‑quality Mexican dishes to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, toppings and recipes following Tortilla’s fresh‑food standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including handling sharp knives and cooking hot food.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in line with health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Assist with customer service when cross‑trained, ensuring a friendly dining experience.
• Support shift leaders and collaborate with the team to meet service targets.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years, complying with health‑and‑safety laws.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and eager to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a passion for fresh, high‑quality food.
