Technical Delivery Manager – Payments

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Technology Delivery Manager with deep expertise in payments IT and processing. You will lead large‑scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards for our financial services client.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate project activities while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Develop regular status, risk and issue reports for stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for project inquiries, facilitating communication between IT delivery teams and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks and issues, implementing and tracking mitigation strategies.
• Manage resources effectively, optimising availability and project calendars.
• Provide administrative support to the IT delivery team, including logistics and project file management.
• Support the use of project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project and adhere to established processes.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience within the payments and compliance sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills that reflect a service orientation and empathy.
