Technical & Integration Solution Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical & Integration Solution Specialist to support the integration of new systems, products and services for our mobile network. The role will act as a subject‑matter expert, guiding teams through testing, validation and launch activities while working in a hybrid model based in London or Bristol.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement test architecture elements for end‑to‑end solution designs.
• Support delivery leads, programme test managers and test teams with technical guidance.
• Monitor and improve testing methodologies and tools across the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify and recommend testing tools and technologies aligned with strategic partners.
• Collaborate with test‑automation teams to build and extend automation frameworks.
• Work with environment delivery teams to ensure mobile network and IT environments meet testing requirements.
• Define and drive an environment strategy for live‑reflective and future lab releases.
• Provide documentation, training and technical coaching to the mobile core test team.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in mobile network testing and integration.
• Subject‑matter expertise with a willingness to share knowledge across teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting (3 days onsite).
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and technology adoption.
