Technical Project Manager – Retail Technology Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of software, SaaS and retail technology solutions for customers across the United Kingdom. Based in Leeds, you will own projects from initiation through deployment and handover, ensuring customers realise value from their technology investments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of customer projects from initiation to deployment and handover.
• Maintain effective project controls, including plans, RAID management, governance and reporting.
• Coordinate customers, delivery teams and third‑party partners to manage priorities, dependencies and milestones.
• Manage project budgets, commercial commitments and change control throughout the lifecycle.
• Build stakeholder confidence through clear communication and proactive risk and issue management.
• Support technical teams during implementation, testing, deployment and transition‑to‑support activities.
• Contribute to project estimates, Statements of Work, proposals and tender responses.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering software, SaaS or retail technology projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Comfortable commuting to the Leeds headquarters and to customer sites across the UK.
• Hands‑on delivery mindset with strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
