Technology Business Manager - Vice President

About the role

We are looking for a senior Technology Business Manager to join JPMorgan Chase in London. The role partners with technology, finance, strategy and front‑office teams to provide financial and strategic guidance, drive transparency and support the organisation’s technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with technology teams to ensure transparency and accountability of financial performance.
• Lead monthly business review meetings covering results, risks, issues and demand management.
• Track and report on project roll‑off, reinvestment, unfunded demand, infrastructure costs, productivity, vendor spend and forecasting.
• Support workforce and location strategy decisions.
• Provide standard financial reporting to technology finance management.
• Collaborate with business and technology to deliver delivery roadmaps.
• Communicate technology achievements and risks to global business heads during quarterly governance reviews.
• Document and explain financial risks, opportunities and variances to front‑office businesses.
• Contribute inputs to global business controls forums and committees.
• Analyse existing capabilities, identify gaps and recommend optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in business management or strategy roles, preferably within financial services or technology.
• Proven ability to synthesize information and create impactful narratives for senior leadership.
• Strong work ethic, creative “can‑do” attitude and attention to detail.
• Quick learner capable of handling multiple projects independently while maintaining clear communication.
• Team player comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
