Technology Consultant – Business Transformation

About the role

As a Technology Consultant you will join a fast‑growing consultancy that helps organisations adopt new software and processes. You will work on client projects across a range of sectors, supporting major enterprise‑wide IT system implementations and ensuring users are fully engaged with the new solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and digest new system functionality and business processes, translating them into clear, end‑user language.
• Conduct client meetings to capture business processes and system information for training material.
• Author a variety of documentation such as quick cards, presentations, lesson plans, reference guides, video scripts and e‑learning scripts.
• Identify user roles, change and IT training strategies, and develop bespoke training resources to support go‑live and post‑implementation phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams across industries including manufacturing, engineering, charities, retail, life sciences, public sector, media and professional services.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Comfortable interacting with clients to understand business processes and training needs.
• Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Motivated to work in a dynamic, project‑based environment and deliver high‑quality training solutions.
