Telemarketing Representative – Customer Outreach

About the role

Crown Lift Trucks Ltd is seeking a Telemarketing Representative to be the first point of contact for customers interested in its material‑handling solutions. You will engage prospects by phone, live chat and LinkedIn, qualify their needs and schedule appointments for field sales specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up inbound leads and existing accounts primarily via telephone.
• Answer live‑chat enquiries and manage inbound calls.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives and maintain ongoing contact with customers.
• Update and maintain the company CRM system with accurate prospect information.
• Run targeted telephone campaigns to promote product updates and new features.
• Use LinkedIn and other professional networks to research and engage potential leads.
• Conduct proactive cold‑calling within assigned territories to generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Friendly, engaging personality with a strong telephone manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
• Results‑driven and comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
