Telesales Account Executive (Financial Services)

About the role

Rhotic Media is seeking a motivated Telesales Account Executive to join its award‑winning events and media team. You will work across the Financial Promoter and Capital Pioneer brands, targeting senior decision‑makers in the financial services sector to generate new business and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify new business opportunities daily, creating at least 100 fresh leads before each call session.
• Build, manage and develop a robust sales pipeline, tracking each stage in the CRM system.
• Engage prospects via telephone, email and social media, presenting conference, event, sponsorship and media solutions.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Record all activities accurately and gather market intelligence to inform future offerings.
• Stay informed of industry trends and translate insights into revenue‑generating opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking to senior executives.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and able to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
• Experience in B2B sales, telesales, media or event sales is preferred, though a determined newcomer may also be considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for tracking leads and activities.
