Telesales & Customer Service Advisor

About the role

You will join LWC Drinks Ltd’s Andover depot as a Telesales & Customer Service Advisor, handling both inbound and outbound calls. The role focuses on building relationships with existing customers, retaining accounts, reporting technical faults, and promoting the company’s own‑brand products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a daily outbound diary and contact potential customers.
• Take high‑volume inbound calls, manage complaints, queries, orders and arrange deliveries.
• Convert incoming calls into planned outbound calls and upsell specific product lines.
• Enter orders accurately, process paperwork and handle administrative duties such as filing and post sorting.
• Support account managers by providing administrative assistance and helping acquire new business.
• Use relevant systems to plan calls and target supply gaps.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service orientation with a clear, personable telephone manner.
• Ability to take ownership of customer issues and solve them proactively.
• Strong communication, teamwork and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good product knowledge of beverage supplies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records.
• Ability to use the Trinity system.
