Territory Manager – Estate Agent (Franchise)

About the role

YOPA is seeking experienced estate agents to join its franchise network as Territory Managers. You will run your own portfolio of postcodes, generate leads, and build a profitable property business while benefiting from YOPA’s technology‑led platform and support services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory of postcodes, generating and converting property sale leads.
• Value, list, and market homes, guiding clients through the full buying and selling journey.
• Develop and lead a local team of agents, setting commission rates and overseeing performance.
• Leverage YOPA’s central lead generation, marketing resources, and partnership programmes to maximise revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, conveyancers, and partner financial services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency with a track record of valuing, listing, and selling homes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a territory business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage flexible hours, and meet performance targets.
