About the role
Karen Millen is expanding its in‑house design team with a newly created Softs Designer position. Based in the London design studio, the role works closely with the Head of Design to shape seasonal collections, source premium fabrics and translate international catwalk trends into commercially balanced ranges.
Key responsibilities
- Lead fit and seal processes to ensure product quality and craftsmanship.
- Conduct in‑season catwalk analysis and adapt designs to emerging trends.
- Innovate on bestselling product lines, maintaining the brand’s signature quality.
- Collaborate with new suppliers to uphold ethical sourcing and quality standards.
Required profile
- Adaptability and professional accountability in a fast‑changing retail environment.
- Genuine passion for fashion and a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team.
