TikTok Shop Account Manager (French)

About the role

Philips is seeking a proactive and consumer‑centric Account Manager to join its TikTok Shop French team. You will manage and nurture relationships with the TikTok Shop Agency Partner and TikTok Shop HQ while driving commercial and engagement objectives on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sell‑out (GMV) performance on TikTok Shop France and manage sell‑in with the agency partner.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver content engagement metrics.
• Lead lower‑funnel activations, especially TikTok Shop Lives.
• Manage portfolio and pricing strategy in line with company guard‑rails.
• Co‑create a fiscal‑year activation plan with the Marketing Manager.
• Work with the TikTok Shop Agency Partner to align content with Philips brand guidelines.
• Oversee A&P and promo spending as a key SAP user.
• Track and optimise performance across GMV, content engagement and outputs.
• Build strong relationships with the TikTok Account Management Team to unlock brand and commercial opportunities.
• Support the Marketing Manager with content planning, affiliate outreach and ads.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends and integrate best practices into Philips content plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience with a strong e‑commerce background.
• Experience in a global, brand‑led organization.
• Fluent communication in French.
• Hands‑on experience managing P&L responsibilities.
• Proven ability to create impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
• Track record of optimizing the customer decision journey and enhancing user experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence across diverse teams.
• Passion for new technologies and continuous skill development.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
