TikTok Social Director – Media Agency (Spanish/French/Italian)

About the role

We are seeking a TikTok Social Director to lead the strategy and execution for a major global personal‑care brand in one of its key European markets (Spain, France or Italy). Based in London and working three days a week on‑site, you will act as the central hub for content, creators, paid media, commerce and TikTok Shop, shaping a cohesive ecosystem that drives brand growth and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the TikTok roadmap for the assigned market, aligning with local and regional teams.
• Integrate organic content, creator collaborations, paid social campaigns and TikTok Shop initiatives into a unified strategy.
• Identify new opportunities, test innovative formats, and scale successful tactics across Europe.
• Collaborate with marketing, media, retail and creator partnership stakeholders to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
• Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish, French or Italian plus English.
• Proven expertise in TikTok content creation, creator management, paid social and/or commerce.
• Experience working with complex stakeholder groups in agency, platform or client‑side environments.
• Deep understanding of social trends, culture and platform innovation.
