TLM Developer – SmartStream Reconciliation (London)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced TLM Developer to join a leading banking and financial services client in London. The role involves developing, configuring and enhancing SmartStream TLM solutions within a large‑scale reconciliation platform, supporting upgrades and performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and develop reconciliation solutions in SmartStream TLM environments.
• Customise workflows, UI screens and database structures to meet business requirements.
• Build and deploy CT packages across target environments.
• Support component, integration and UAT testing activities.
• Design and maintain Smart Schema configurations and update TLM Control settings for platform upgrades.
• Optimise dashboard and match‑rule performance through indexing and tuning.
• Manage user roles and profiles via Smart Studio.
• Produce technical documentation for system changes and deployments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SmartStream TLM technologies.
• Strong understanding of TLM reconciliation configuration, workflow customisation and database design.
• Proven ability to support integration testing and UAT readiness.
• Excellent documentation and change‑management skills.

What we offer

• 12‑month contract based in London with three days onsite.
• Competitive daily rate of £550 (inside IR35).
