Tour Accountant – Music & Live Events

About the role

We are seeking a Tour Accountant with specialist experience in music and live events to join our client’s touring finance team in London. The role involves managing financial data for tours from pre‑show planning through to post‑show settlements, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage year‑end accounts for limited companies, LLPs, partnerships and sole traders.
• Analyse budget versus actual tour results and calculate management commissions.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑show financial analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and identify discrepancies across live shows.
• Attend and review show settlements.

Required profile

• Qualified ACCA/ACA or significant relevant experience.
• Proven touring or live‑music events finance experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar accounting role.
• Experience with CCH Accounts Production Software (or similar) and Sage Line 50/Xero (or similar).
• Strong Excel skills and excellent communication.
• Attention to detail and confidence to ask the right questions.
• Comfortable engaging directly with partners and high‑profile clients.
• Willingness to travel as required.
