Trading Floor Team Assistant / PA – Investment Bank

About the role

Join a top‑tier investment bank’s trading floor as a Team Assistant/PA. The 12‑month position offers full‑time, on‑site exposure to senior professionals and the chance to convert to a permanent role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, calls and email correspondence for senior team members.
• Organise meetings, conferences and events on the trading floor.
• Arrange travel, process expense reports and handle related documentation.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations.
• Maintain office supplies and stock levels.
• Work 40‑45+ hours per week with paid overtime (time and a half).

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior executives.
• Confidence interacting with staff at all organisational levels.

What we offer

• £23 per hour plus overtime at time‑and‑a‑half.
• Annual earnings approximately £42,000‑£51,000.
