About the role
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our client’s property team in Chelmsford. This full‑time, entry‑level position offers a solid foundation in residential sales and lettings without requiring prior experience.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and vendors.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, supporting the offer and negotiation process.
- Assist in sales progression from initial interest to completion.
- Collaborate with in‑house Mortgage & Protection Advisors to identify cross‑selling opportunities.
- Work alongside the internal lettings team to support rental transactions.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Pro‑active attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in real estate.
