About the role
Join Connells’ residential sales team in Abingdon as a Trainee Estate Agent. This entry‑level position provides full training and a clear career pathway within the UK’s leading property services business. You will support customers in finding their ideal homes while building a solid foundation for a career in real estate.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and book property valuations.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
- Negotiate offers and agree on sales.
- Arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
Required profile
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer care.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.
