Trainee Surveyor & Estimator – Full‑time (Cheltenham)

About the role

Our client, a well‑established home improvement and glazing firm in Cheltenham, is seeking a motivated Trainee Surveyor / Estimator. This full‑time permanent role offers a hands‑on introduction to surveying, estimating and project delivery within a growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Support warehouse and logistics operations to gain a full understanding of the business.
• Assist with estimating projects and delivering excellent customer service.
• Learn the installation processes for premium windows and doors.
• Conduct site surveys alongside experienced professionals.
• Support project management activities from quotation through to completion.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
• Practical, hands‑on approach with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Reliable, enthusiastic and motivated attitude.
