Trainee Windscreen Technician (Derby)

About the role
Join Autoglass® and Laddaw® as a Trainee Windscreen Technician in Derby. You will receive full training to repair and replace vehicle glass, working either from a branch or a fully equipped van, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect and assess windscreen damage on customer vehicles.
- Repair or replace windshields and other glass components to industry standards.
- Offer additional products such as wipers and rain‑repellent solutions.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to health‑and‑safety procedures.
- Document work performed and communicate updates to customers.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Self‑motivated, reliable and eager to learn.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
