Trainee Windscreen Technician (Derby)

About the role

Join Autoglass® and Laddaw® as a Trainee Windscreen Technician in Derby. You will receive full training to repair and replace vehicle glass, working either from a branch or a fully equipped van, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and assess windscreen damage on customer vehicles.
• Repair or replace windshields and other glass components to industry standards.
• Offer additional products such as wipers and rain‑repellent solutions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Document work performed and communicate updates to customers.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and eager to learn.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
