Trainer – Customer Service, Sales & Exams

About the role

The Trainer will build frontline capability across customer service, sales, exams and teaching support teams throughout the region. You will design, deliver and evaluate training programmes that align with global standards while meeting local priorities, ensuring high‑quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional training programmes for multiple functions, ensuring alignment with global frameworks.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance specialists to embed performance‑gap insights and audit findings into training.
• Lead induction and onboarding initiatives that accelerate time‑to‑competence and embed organisational values.
• Provide ongoing capability development through blended learning, coaching and face‑to‑face sessions.
• Equip managers with tools and guidance to embed learning in daily operations and monitor performance improvements.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback, KPIs and post‑training evaluations, linking outcomes to business results.
• Ensure all programmes incorporate safeguarding, financial and data‑protection compliance.

Required profile

• Proven success delivering induction, onboarding and capability‑building programmes across multiple customer channels (face‑to‑face, phone, email, chat, social media).
• Experience working with managers and teams across several countries or markets.
• Ability to conduct Training Needs Analyses and translate findings into targeted learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of blended learning approaches and continuous improvement culture.
