Training & Development Officer

About the role

The Training & Development Officer will support ACE Money Transfer’s learning initiatives, helping to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for staff across the organisation. This entry‑level position offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in HR learning functions within a multinational remittance company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of learning dashboards and training KPIs.
• Coordinate training schedules, onboarding sessions, workshops and other learning activities; manage participant communication, logistics and documentation.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records and collect feedback.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) – create courses, manage enrollments, track learner progress and generate routine reports.
• Provide basic user support and promote LMS adoption among employees.
• Assist in developing presentations, training guides, SOPs and e‑learning content; update materials in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
• Support classroom, virtual and onboarding training delivery, coordinating resources and facilitator requirements.
• Collect participant feedback, maintain evaluation records and prepare learning analytics reports using Microsoft Excel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analytics.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course creation and learner tracking.
