Transaction Manager - Yeovil Audi

About the role

Van Mossel Automotive Group is hiring a Transaction Manager for Yeovil Audi. The role leads and develops the sales team, drives vehicle, finance and insurance performance and maximises profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience. It sits within the Yeovil Audi Sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team, acting as a key member of it
• Hold daily, weekly and monthly one-to-one meetings to identify business opportunities and training needs
• Coach and develop team members to maximise sales performance
• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving volume, margin and customer satisfaction targets
• Maximise profitability of every vehicle sale within company guidelines and current legislation
• Monitor lead management and diary activity for accurate recording and follow-up of enquiries
• Oversee vehicle, finance and insurance sales in line with FCA requirements
• Advise Sales Specialists, assist in closing sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges
• Track and complete monthly finance and insurance reporting, and ensure transactions are accurately documented, funded and completed
• Upskill the team through finance and insurance training

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager in the automotive industry
• Proven track record of strong sales and profitability results
• Full UK driving licence

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm, on a rolling three-week rota. Some benefits are subject to eligibility criteria and successful completion of probation.
