Transfer Pricing Manager – London (Hybrid)

About the role

Join a high‑growth UK accountancy firm that is expanding its Transfer Pricing capability. The role can be at Manager or Senior Manager level, working on the full lifecycle of transfer pricing engagements with senior leadership exposure and clear progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review transfer pricing policies for goods, services, IP and intercompany financing.
• Prepare and review documentation including benchmarking studies, Master Files, Local Files and Country‑by‑Country Reporting.
• Conduct transfer pricing risk reviews, remediation and advise on thin capitalisation and intercompany financing arrangements.
• Support dispute resolution, including APA and MAP cases.
• Provide advice on related tax areas such as VAT, customs duties, withholding taxes and permanent establishment risk.
• Manage project deadlines, budgets, work‑in‑progress and billing.
• Delegate work, review output from junior team members and mentor junior staff.
• Participate in ad‑hoc advisory work such as due diligence, tax audits, tender proposals and cross‑border projects.

Required profile

• Proven transfer pricing experience gained in practice and/or industry.
• Strong working knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and deadlines.
• Excellent report‑writing skills for transfer pricing documentation.
• Comfortable in a client‑facing advisory role.
