Travel Advisor – Maternity Cover

About the role

Join Belmond’s Central Reservations team in London as a Travel Advisor on a fixed‑term maternity cover. You will manage the full reservation journey, from inspiration and research to booking and post‑stay follow‑up, delivering a legendary experience for luxury travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with on‑property operations and Service Excellence teams to ensure seamless handovers of guest preferences.
• Personalise each stay according to individual guest profiles and record details accurately in the reservation system.
• Identify and recommend destinations, products and experiences that match the Belmond audience.
• Act as a brand champion, describing, promoting and converting bookings across the entire Belmond portfolio.
• Meet SLA targets for response times, case management and classification accuracy in Salesforce Omnichannel.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the relevant systems to support operations teams.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury travel or hospitality.
• Strong cultural awareness and a passion for storytelling through travel.
• Ability to work independently while following instructions.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation software.
