Travel Consultant – High-End Retail Agency

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Travel Consultant to join a high‑end independent retail travel agency located near the Wirral in Cheshire. The successful candidate will deliver personalised holiday experiences, ensuring each client receives exceptional service from initial enquiry through to post‑trip feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Build bespoke holiday packages by fully understanding client needs and preferences.
• Follow up with clients after travel to gather feedback and maintain relationships.
• Assist the Branch Manager with a variety of operational tasks.
• Sell a diverse range of products, including tailor‑made long‑haul trips, cruises, luxury European tours and more.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably within retail travel.
• Strong worldwide geographical knowledge.
• Ability to listen attentively to customers and translate requirements into memorable holidays.
• Excellent selling and communication abilities.
