Trust Tax Manager – Private Family Office

About the role

We are seeking a Trust Tax Manager to join a prestigious private family office in London’s West End. The role offers a hybrid working pattern (three days in the office, two days remote) and a competitive salary of £65,000. You will work with a diverse portfolio of family and charitable trusts and estates, supporting a collaborative and high‑service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of trusts and estates, ensuring compliance and accurate administration.
• Prepare trust accounts and complete all required tax returns.
• Handle inheritance tax, capital gains tax and trust distribution calculations.
• Liaise with clients, HMRC and external professional advisers.
• Support beneficiaries while maintaining high standards of client service.

Required profile

• STEP qualification.
• Proven experience in trust and estate administration and trust tax compliance.
• Experience preparing trust accounts.
• Familiarity with CCH Trust Accounts and CCH Central is advantageous.
