About the role
Open Age is seeking a Trusts and Foundations Fundraising Manager to lead the development and delivery of its trusts and foundations fundraising programme. You will play a key part in securing vital income that enables more older people across London to benefit from the charity’s activities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan targeting trusts and foundations.
- Identify, cultivate and secure funding from relevant grant‑making bodies.
- Manage relationships with existing and prospective funders.
- Collaborate with the wider team to align fundraising activities with organisational goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in trusts and foundations fundraising within the charitable or not‑for‑profit sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop fundraising strategies and deliver results.
- Strong commitment to the mission of supporting older people in London.

What we offer
- Salary up to £37,700 DOE.
