Used Car Sales Manager – Automotive Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Used Car Sales Manager to join a busy main dealership in Bristol. The successful candidate will lead showroom and digital sales activities, putting the customer at the centre of every interaction and driving profitable vehicle and accessory sales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional showroom and online sales experience, consistently exceeding targets.
• Use the dealership CRM proactively to follow up leads, manage the sales pipeline and maximise conversions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, promotions and finance compliance to advise customers accurately.
• Achieve strong profitability across vehicles, accessories and value‑added products.
• Track sold orders to ensure timely delivery and coordinate with the service team.
• Collaborate closely with sales colleagues and managers to foster a high‑performing environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Car Sales Advisor or similar automotive sales role.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy sales pipeline.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.

• CRM software proficiency.
