Valuation Surveyor – Remote (South West England)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Valuation Surveyor to join a well‑established valuation firm serving the South West of England. The position offers a blend of field work and remote reporting, allowing you to travel from home to client appointments and complete valuations from your own office.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 4‑5 property inspections per day within a 40‑50 mile radius of your base.
• Prepare accurate valuation reports for secured lending purposes.
• Manage your own daily schedule and maintain communication with the central office in Bath.
• Handle a portfolio of residential assets, including standard homes, HMOs and residential blocks.
• Provide occasional commercial valuations where experience permits.

Required profile

• MRICS qualification and RICS‑registered valuer status.
• Proven experience in residential valuations for mortgage lending.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Experience with HMOs and residential blocks is highly valued; commercial valuation experience is a plus.
