Venue Sales Representative – Field Sales (Women Focus)

About the role

Octopus Energy is looking for enthusiastic women to join the UK as Venue Sales Representatives. In this role you will meet customers in popular venues, spark genuine conversations about energy, and help them choose solutions that benefit both them and the planet.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers face‑to‑face at well‑known venues across the UK.
• Explain Octopus Energy’s tariffs and low‑carbon products such as solar panels, heat pumps and electric vehicles.
• Listen to customer needs, answer questions and help them choose energy solutions that suit them and the planet.
• Represent the brand positively and build confidence in the company’s offering.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with the ability to start genuine conversations.
• Comfortable meeting people in public settings and representing a brand.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Enthusiasm for sustainability and the energy sector.

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Ability to listen actively and respond to customer queries.
