Vice President Business Analyst / Project Manager – Regulatory Change

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President level Business Analyst / Project Manager to join the Regulatory Change & Transformation team of a leading global investment bank in London. The role will drive delivery of regulatory reporting changes, translating supervisory rules into clear business requirements and overseeing implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new statistical and regulatory reporting requirements and manage system upgrades.
• Act as Deputy to the EMEA Head of Regulatory Change, representing the team on governance forums.
• Resolve operational reporting issues through process improvements and automation.
• Manage design, development, testing and maintenance of business requirements for projects.
• Document requirements, create development specifications, and conduct UAT and implementation testing.
• Support ad‑hoc project tasks and liaise with Regulatory Reporting teams.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of UK Prudential and EU regulatory frameworks (liquidity, capital, large exposures, statistical reporting, FINREP).
• Experience in regulatory reporting within banking across multiple countries.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA) – preferred.
• Project Management qualification and experience delivering complex change programmes.
• Proven ability to act as a consultant to business stakeholders on regulatory reporting matters.
