Vice President, Product Management – Kinexys Execution

About the role

The Vice President in Kinexys Business Operations will shape the customer experience and operational readiness for a cutting‑edge fintech platform. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate product innovation into measurable client outcomes across onboarding, adoption and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align the customer experience and readiness strategy across Product, Technology, Service and regional stakeholders.
• Design and optimise end‑to‑end customer journeys, creating standards, playbooks and measurable outcomes.
• Own launch and change‑readiness governance, including impact assessments, stakeholder alignment and post‑launch reviews.
• Build a scalable enablement engine (training, FAQs, communications, playbooks) for internal teams and external customers.
• Operationalise Voice‑of‑Customer processes, synthesize insights and drive remediation with Product and Tech.
• Partner with service and incident teams to improve communications, reduce repeat issues and enhance self‑serve knowledge.
• Define and track KPIs/OKRs (time‑to‑onboard, adoption rates, ticket trends, satisfaction) and produce executive‑ready reporting.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering client obsession and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business operations, product operations, change management or service delivery within a financial services or fintech environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programmes with senior stakeholders.
• Strong customer‑facing communication skills and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience operating in regulated environments and driving operational excellence.
